Not all materials have the same properties. As such, your choice of material for transporting water through pipes is crucial and each one necessitates specific conditions of use. Several options are available: PVC, cast iron, copper, etc. Bacterial growth can also be related to the material’s properties. It is important to factor type of system, temperature and pressure when choosing metals.

DEFINITION
As soon as water runs through a heating, cooling or domestic hot water system, a series of physico-chemical reactions take place which, if left unchecked, will damage the production units, the network itself and the emitters. These reactions also create health risks for users.
Steam boilers, cooling towers, hot and cold closed circuits and more; we define the best water treatment strategy to ensure the longevity and safety of your system.

We produce some 250 formulations suitable for every water quality level and designed for four types of systems. ODYSSEE Environnement® has a wide range of equipment for implementing them.
After carrying out a battery of tests, we select and devise the right equipment for our customers in order to solve specific issues, with that equipment approved by the French Corrosion Institute.

Laboratory
ANALYSIS
How is your system doing? Key to monitoring your systems throughout their life, our laboratory analyses over 9,000 water samples per year, using both the visual colorimetric and automated electronic methods.
ODYSSEE Environnement® produces tracking kits for every parameter and each system (sample bottles and colour indicator).
